On March 13, GTHS held 2022 Summary and 2023 Economic Responsibility Agreement Signing Conference, with the Chairman of the Board, Jin Zhijiang, the General Manager, Zhu Ronghua, and all the staff attending the meeting. The meeting started with the General Manager Zhu Ronghua's comprehensive conclusion of the work in 2022, analysis of problems and deficiencies, and clarification of work objectives and visions for 2023. Subsequently, ten excellent empolyee representatives made statements respectively.

At the meeting, Chairman Jin Zhijiang read out the 2023 annual targets and the representatives of each division and branch signed the economic responsibility agreement. Chairman Jin Zhijiang pointed out that all the staff must be firm in the development goals of 14th Five-Year Plan, stably adhere to the construction of globalized talent team, constantly strengthen institutional learning and construction, hold Safety Development Concept, and ensure that Compliance with Laws and Regulations becomes the common principles of conduct observed by people in GTHS.
